By accessing or using any of Groove Parenting, LLC (“Groove Parenting”) Internet properties including, without limitation, www.grooveparenting.com, mobile websites, microsites, mobile applications, you (the “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and Groove Parenting, LLC’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, you must immediately terminate use of the Site(s).
Acknowledgements. The User acknowledges that you:
- Are over the age of 18;
- Must accept and comply with the Term of Use and Privacy Policy of Groove Parenting or may not access the website;
- Will not download and distribution of any copyrighted material from this site or sites to which we link, without the copyright owner’s permission;
- Will not remove information that identifies the source of any resource provided or other content contained on the Groove Parenting website;
- Will not use any automated tool or software to attempt to collect information from the website or users and break into any of the servers of the website.

Therefore, Groove Parenting disclaims any express or implied warranty as to the same. Groove Parenting assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of any information disclosed on third-party websites and urges you to verify any information independently.

Placing Orders for Goods/Services. By placing an order for goods/services through the Groove Parenting website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If you wish to place an order for goods/services you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant Groove Parenting the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Cancellation of Order(s). Groove Parenting reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including, but not limited to:
- Goods availability;
- Errors in the description or prices for goods/services;
- Errors in your order
Groove Parenting reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Your Order Cancellation Rights. Any goods/services you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms of Use and Our Returns Policy.

Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies. Groove Parenting is constantly updating our offerings of goods/services. Groove Parenting cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. Groove Parenting reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Prices Policy. Groove Parenting reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an order. The prices quoted may be revised by Groove Parenting subsequent to accepting an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of Groove Parenting. In that event, you will have the right to cancel your order.
Payments. All goods/services purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as cash, Zelle, or credit card. Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If Groove Parenting does not receive the required authorization, it will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
No Service Warranties. Groove Parenting makes no warranty or guarantee concerning the accuracy or reliability of the content at this site or other sites to which we link. This website and the information, software and other material available on or accessible from this website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Groove Parenting does not warrant that the website service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software or other material available on or accessible through the website is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.
Under no circumstances shall Groove Parenting be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the website or your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or accessible through the website, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance.

At its sole discretion, Groove Parenting may modify or discontinue the services, or may modify, suspend or terminate your access to Groove Parenting for any reason, with or without notice and without liability to you or any third parties. This will not affect any right of Groove Parenting to take appropriate legal action. The Terms of Use will remain enforceable against you until any unpaid amounts are paid.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Groove Parenting harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to any violation of these terms and conditions by you.
You understand and agree that Groove Parenting reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Terms of Use or other related policies and agreements at any time in any manner. Notice of any revisions, amendments, or modifications will be posted on Groove Parenting’s website.
Governing Law. This Terms of Use Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
International Users. Those who access of use Groove Parenting from other countries do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement. This Terms of Use Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
Force Majeure. Groove Parenting shall not be held liability for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside of its control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, embargos, pandemics, and fire.
Wavier. Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of the Terms of Use on any occasions will not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of the same provision on any other occasion.
Severability. If any provision of the Terms of Use Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, arbitrator or mediator, then the other provisions of this Terms of Use Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
